What is your company background, and how did you start the business?
We at Wilderness Valley are a family-owned and operated boutique honey company. We produce quality UMF® (Unique Manuka Factor) Manuka Honey from our remote hill country station. Our farm is located on the Central North Island of Aotearoa, New Zealand. Our sustainable business practices encompass all accepts of the trade, from beekeeping and extraction to bottling our branded jars of golden liquid.
Has there been any recent company news?
We have recently won the Auckland Business award for People’s Choice (South/East). This was extremely exciting to have our community back us, we are humbled and grateful for everyone’s support as there were thousands of votes.
